About

2015 LAGOON 450F "SOUTHERN CHARM"

4-Cabins | 4-Heads

Step onboard Southern Charm, a beautiful example of the well-regarded Lagoon 450F. This vessel has been professionally managed and maintained as part of the Conch Charters fleet in the British Virgin Islands. Whether you are considering continued charter use or private ownership, she is available and fully equipped, ready to continue her sailing program immediately.

Equipped for comfort, autonomy, and offshore capability, Southern Charm offers a well-balanced cruising platform designed for ease of operation and peace of mind at sea.

Southern Charm also features air conditioning throughout the cabins and saloon when on shore power or generator, twin saloon refrigeration with an additional cockpit fridge, and a well-appointed galley with propane cooking. Power is provided by twin Yanmar 4JH57 engines supported by a 13.5kW Cummins Onan generator and a 2500W inverter, with additional efficiency from solar charging. Navigation is handled via a full B&G suite, while sailing and handling are made effortless with Harken winches, including an electric main halyard winch. The vessel is also equipped with an electric windlass and a Limin 360 dinghy with Yamaha 15HP outboard, completing a capable and fully outfitted cruising package.

Southern Charm has benefitted from many updates over the years and has been kept in great condition.

We take pride in our happy customers

Andrew is a super knowledgeable and helpful. Selling my Catamaran within a month.

— Seth Williams

I chose Zee (Zvonimir Kalinic) after posting an ad for a broker on Yacht Sales from about 15 other brokers because he showed professionalism and care right away compared to the others. Most of the brokers never intended to show people my boat but yet somehow expected to collect commission. Zee met me in Novigrad and spent 3 hours taking photos and drone footage and throughout the listing period was communicating continuously and advising me about any offers that came through. His service was at a high standard that I was extremely happy with and felt comfortable at all times especially since I’m in Sydney and my boat is in Montenegro. I can’t recommend Zee highly enough to anyone looking to sell their boat with peace of mind.

— Mark Eymes

The brokerage team has been amazing. They helped me find the right catamaran for our family of four, with enough space for extended family and friends to stay with us anytime. The broker really helped me narrow down what I needed. I started with a long list and eventually narrowed it down to something that was the right fit and price for me.

— Adam Munder

Our broker Mike Rybas was excellent – great experience!

— Chris Hannant

I cannot speak too highly of Andrew Hodgdon and his colleagues at the Multihull Company.

The process of selling my boat was very smooth and well managed and with excellent communication – especially important as I was unable to be nearby during the sale process. Andrew’s deep knowledge of the market and my boat was very reassuring. We spoke regularly and he kept me closely advised all the way through to a happy sale. I found him a good guy, very helpful, willing to share and bounce ideas around, and I enjoyed working with him. Highly recommended!

— Allan Morrison
