Clearlake is a meticulously maintained three-cabin Lagoon 46, with every detail carefully attended to, and is fully loaded, making it an ideal choice for sailing enthusiasts and families alike to embark on their long-awaited adventures.
The exterior of the Lagoon 46 is designed for both relaxation and efficiency. The wide transoms provide easy access to the water, and the spacious teak cockpit is perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. The tender lift acts as a large balcony by the sea. At the mooring, the platform transforms into a bathing platform, an invitation to swim and relax with your feet in the water. Clearlake comes equipped with a center console and a Highfield tender powered by a Honda 20-hp four-stroke outboard.
The flybridge, a highlight of this model, offers excellent visibility and a spacious lounging area covered by a GRP hard top for added sun protection. The deck layout is spacious and safe, with expansive side decks and flush hatches. There is a full enclosure for the flybridge and cockpit for added weather protection.
Equipped with twin upgraded 57 HP Yanmar engines, this Lagoon 46 delivers excellent performance under power. The sailing performance is equally impressive, with a square-top mainsail and self-tacking jib, an assortment of downwind sails, and all-running rigging leading straight to the winches at the helm, ensuring easy handling and optimal sailing performance. For the dive enthesitis, Clearlake comes with an onboard dive compressor complete with customs dive tank holsters on the sterns.
Clearlake III is a 3-cabin owner version, where the master cabin occupies the entire starboard hull, complete with a king-size bed, ample storage, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a separate shower. Additionally, it is Lagoon's top Elegance line, which includes many additional luxury items. The two guest cabins in the port hull offer queen-size beds, each with its en-suite facilities, ensuring privacy and comfort for all onboard.
The galley is well-equipped with modern appliances, including an extra fridge, a full-size range, a freezer, a cockpit ice maker, and a refrigerator with ample storage, which makes meal preparation easy.
