Location: Aigio, Greece (Ashore) – EU VAT Paid

We are pleased to present this unique opportunity to own Hull #1 of the renowned Lagoon 420 Owners Version – a rare and exceptional vessel, beautifully suited for extended cruising or full-time liveaboard life. Built in 2006 by CNB Lagoon, this 12.6m catamaran benefits from countless upgrades in 2023, and is now equipped to offer true autonomy and comfort whether at anchor or underway.

Meticulously maintained and thoughtfully modernised, she boasts three spacious en-suite cabins, including a dedicated owner's hull with an office, new mattresses, air conditioning, and modern LED lighting throughout. The saloon is bright and airy, featuring a convertible table, ample storage, and a full suite of Raymarine navigation equipment. A fully equipped galley includes induction and gas cooking, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave – all ready for serious onboard living.

With over 1,400Wp of solar, 800Ah lithium batteries, and a powerful Victron inverter/charging system, the Lagoon 420 is designed for energy independence. She’s also fitted with an Onan 11kW generator, a Dessalator 100L/h watermaker, and upgraded Yanmar engines with saildrives – all regularly serviced and maintained.

Topside, enjoy teak decking, helm seating, and a newly refinished cockpit with updated furnishings. Sailing performance is bolstered by a gennaker on furling system, quality sails, and Harken electric winches.

Currently ashore in Greece, she’s ready for her next chapter. Whether your dream is Mediterranean island-hopping or venturing further afield, this Lagoon 420 offers pedigree, practicality, and poise in equal measure.

Owner's comments:

"This Lagoon 420 Owners Version, built in 2006, is a true rarity: the very first Lagoon 420 ever constructed (Hull #1). Upgraded in 2023, it is perfectly equipped for long-distance cruising, self- suicient living, and comfortable anchorage vacations.

We spent nearly two years living aboard but realized our teenagers need more stability for their studies. As a result, we have decided to oer this remarkable yacht for sale."

We take pride in our happy customers

Excellent communication.

— Nicolas Bergstein

We had a great purchasing experience with The Multihull Company. Got us into the boat we really wanted, our broker Josie was amazing, she walked us through the entire process, negotiated the deal we wanted and gave us great advice throughout. If you are looking to purchase a boat we can’t recommend them enough.

— Roger Matros

It’s been a few weeks now and the dust has settled. We had a great experience with the Multihull Company and in particular our broker, Caroline Laviolette. Caroline was happy to share her knowledge of the market and the catamarans we were interested in purchasing. She was patient and thorough as we looked at several boats in SE Florida, helped us narrow our search and eventually purchase a beautiful 2017 Lagoon 42. Many thanks to the team at The Multihull Company!

— Carl Anderson

We had a great experience purchasing our boat with Will Miller as a buyers agent. Purchasing our first large Cat is a daunting experience and Will was able to walk us through the process with ease. Will was very straight forward and constantly gave us honest feedback as well as finding and pointing out details on all the boats that we may not have noticed or thought about.

We had a great experience and would use them again.

I would specifically recommend a buyers agent when purchasing to help weed through a lot of problems and misrepresented boats on the market.

— Anthony Nappa

We have had great experiences with the Multihull company. We both sold our old boat through them, and bought our new boat through them. I have to say that Will Miller is top-notch, and Riley was great as our broker for selling our O day 39. when you buy a Salt or Boat through them, I feel like you are not only clients, but you are friends. The lines of communication were always open and we were always informed of everything going on.
