Cruise in absolute luxury and comfort on Calacoto, this 2023 Royal Cape Majestic is a fully powered, modern Bluewater Sailing Catamaran. It is powered by 2 110 Hp Yanmar Engines, each equipped with a Yanmar KMH50V Shaft Drive transmissions for when you need reliable power or if you have the wind use the included full sail plan with a powerful Main sail and Jib, Electric Screecher and a Spinnaker for downwind sailing.
Calcoto is fully equipped for life off the grid with 16 solar panels totaling 6400 watts of solar power, each panel with its own Victron MPPT controller charging the Victron Lithium-Ion Phosphate batteries that can store 1200 amp/hrs at 24 volts. The Victron Cerbo permits shore power of 240 volts at 60Hz as well as 50 Hz for when you decide to dock. She is also supported by a Kohler Genset Model 11EK0ZD with 11 kva of power generation.
Calacoto is a chefs dream! The U-galley provides plenty of counter top space to prepare fabulous meals in exotic locations. Food storage includes 2 LIEBHERR 12 cubic foot upright freezers; 1 HOSHIZAKI 15 cubic foot commercial chest freezer; 3 Legacy Smart Portable refrigerator/freezers; 4 undercounter Isotherm refrigerators and 1 undercounter Isotherm freezer, there are also 2x 48 bottle SNOMASTER wine cellars. A fully lit and apportioned pantry is included for dry spice and seasoning storage.
The KENYON 30' 4 burner built in Induction cooktop as well as a Kenyon outdoor electric grill offer a choice in cooking surfaces and a Wolf Gourmet portable electric oven satisfies indoor and/or outdoor baking needs.
Drinking water is purified with an Acuva ArrowMax LED Water Purification system throughout the yacht.
For the dedicated sailor a full sail plan enables an amazing sailing experience including a 107 m2 Main sail; an 82 m2 Jib; a 154.4 m2 Spinnaker, and an Electric Screecher. All Halyards and sheets feed directly back to the helm station where 3 Lewmar Electric Wenches enable fingertip control.
Calacoto has 2 Master Bedrooms, each with a King size bed. There is a third bedroom with a queen size bed. A dedicated shop/workroom/sewing room can be easily transformed to an additional single bedroom if needed. Hanging closet space, drawer storage and storage cabinets are spaced throughout the yacht. 3 heads and 3 showers are spacious and evenly spaced throughout the yacht. Calacoto also has a full-size washer and separate fully vented dryer for bedding and clothing.
With all the amenities of home this spectacular vessel awaits its new owner to traverse the ocean in comfort and style.
Calacoto is currently in St Croix, USVI and will be in Puerto Rico the week of 18/11 before arriving its way to Fort Lauderdale in Early December.
