About

FINISTERRE is a highly specified, privately owned Lagoon 52 F, commissioned in May 2017 and in excellent condition throughout. One of the best-presented examples of this model currently on the market, she benefits from a full Mediterranean specification, substantial factory and dealer upgrades, and an outstanding service history.

Never chartered and used exclusively by her original owners, FINISTERRE has been professionally maintained to a premium standard with no expense spared—over £40,000 has been spent in the past two years alone. With low engine and generator hours, this five-cabin model (plus crew berth) is not only perfect for private cruising, but is also highly suitable for a boutique charter operation.

Owner’s Comments

We bought FINISTERRE new in 2017 and have thoroughly enjoyed cruising her as a couple with family and friends. She has never been chartered, always operated privately, and is professionally skippered each season. Our use has been modest, typically just 5 to 8 weeks a year so she remains in excellent condition. Over the years she has provided comfort, reliability, and great memories, but now that we've turned 70, we’re ready to simplify and focus on our smaller motorboat back home in Jersey.

We believe FINISTERRE represents outstanding value, especially considering her full specification, low hours, and recent maintenance investment. We’re keen to see her go to new owners who will appreciate her quality and pedigree, whether for private cruising or a boutique charter venture.

Broker's Comments

FINISTERRE stands out as one of the best-equipped and most carefully maintained Lagoon 52 F flybridge catamarans on the market. Her one-owner history, never-chartered status, and significant recent investment in mechanical systems, hull care, and comfort upgrades speak volumes about the standard of ownership. The boat presents beautifully, with fresh interior furnishings, low engine and generator hours, and an impressive inventory that would suit extended cruising or immediate handover for commercial use.

Given her 5-cabin plus crew layout, upgraded systems, and wealth of included gear, FINISTERRE also offers a compelling opportunity for a buyer considering high-end charter operation with minimal additional setup required. The current owners have meticulously complied with EU Temporary Importation regulations and maintained extensive documentation, making this a very “clean” and confidence-inspiring purchase. She is attractively priced and available for viewing in Preveza, Greece with excellent travel links through to late autumn.

Additional Notes

EU Temporary Importation compliant (lever arch of documentation maintained)

Service file with full maintenance records

Stern cleats professionaly reinforced

New berth at Preveza Marina paid from September 2025

Good travel access via BA and EasyJet flights until late October; local taxi transfer available

Negotiable price—previously listed at €875,000

Turnkey Charter Opportunity

While never chartered herself, FINISTERRE is ideally suited for a boutique luxury charter business. With 4 ensuite double cabins for guests and a potential crew bunk (cabin 5), she can accommodate up to 10 guests plus crew. All equipment—including full sets of bedding, towels (domestic and beach), crockery, cookware, glassware, and water toys (SUPs, Hobie kayaks) may be included by negotiation, providing a true turnkey charter opportunity.

We had an outstanding experience working with Andrew Hodgdon. From the very beginning, he demonstrated deep knowledge of the catamaran we were considering and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He found us the perfect vessel that matched our needs and budget and negotiated a fantastic deal on our behalf.

What truly set him apart was he responsiveness—every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and he guided us through the entire process with professionalism and care. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated yacht broker.
